Spaces

Every Space Asks for Its Own Rhythm

A home, an office, a clinic, a commercial space — each calls for a different way of listening and a different set of design decisions. In a home what matters most is the flow of daily life; in a clinic it is whether the client feels safe; in an office it is how the team works through the day; in a shop it is the path the customer takes through the space.

Our Kadıköy-based studio has been handling design and construction under one roof since 2015. Below are the types of space we work with; each page sets out in detail which decisions are decisive for that kind of space.

Residential Interior Design We turn your apartment or house into a space that fits the way you actually live. Villa Interior Design We treat large, multi-layered living spaces with a single coherent design language. Office Interior Design We design workplaces that carry your team and receive your visitors. Hotel Interior Design Boutique hotel and hospitality projects built around the guest’s experience of the space. Clinic Interior Design We create a reassuring atmosphere centred on the client’s and patient’s experience. Commercial Spaces We design shops, showrooms and production spaces around your brand identity. Process & Budget Guide What turnkey means, how our process runs, and what shapes the budget. A step-by-step guide.

Three things that never change

Much separates a clinic from a shop; but how we work does not change from project to project:

What do we take on in a project?

Because we work turnkey, the scope does not end with drawings. In a typical project the following are ours:

Which page should you read?

If you are considering renovating an apartment or a house, residential interior design is your page; if it is a multi-storey home with a garden, villa interior design. For a workplace that carries a team see office, for a space receiving clients or patients see clinic, and for a retail or production space the customer walks into see commercial spaces.

Whatever the type of space, if you want to know how the process runs and what shapes the budget, the place to start is the Process & Budget Guide. The thinking behind how we work is in our philosophy, and the reasoning behind material and lighting decisions is in notes from the studio.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which types of space do you work with?

We deliver residential, villa, office, clinic, hotel/hospitality and commercial projects (shops, showrooms, production spaces). We have not yet published our hotel and hospitality work on the site; we share it during a meeting.

Do you only design, or do you build as well?

We do both, under one roof. We develop the design and coordinate the construction and installation on site, so you have a single point of contact throughout.

Which areas do you work in?

We are based in Kadıköy, and our projects run across Istanbul — we have completed work in Üsküdar, Beykoz, Beylikdüzü, Arnavutköy and Bayrampaşa.

Do you take on smaller projects?

Yes. What matters is not the floor area but the scope of the work and whether the space genuinely calls for a design decision. We assess this together at the site survey.

How does the process start, and what is the first step?

With a free site survey. We see the space in person and establish how it is used and what constrains it (structure, services, building rules). The scope becomes clear at that meeting, and only then does a proposal mean anything. We set out the whole process in our Process & Budget Guide.
