At Mavi Detay Interior Architecture we take the security of your personal data seriously. This notice has been prepared under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") to explain for which purposes and in what way the personal data of visitors to mavidetay.com, and of those who contact us, is processed.

- Identity data: first name, surname.
- Contact data: telephone number, e-mail address.
- Enquiry / message data: the content of the message you send through the forms, and the type of project you are interested in (residential, villa, office and so on).
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, cookie data (see the Cookie Policy section below for details).
No special categories of personal data (health, religious belief, political opinion and the like) are collected through this website; please do not enter such information into the forms.
- Assessing and responding to your project enquiries and contact requests.
- Conducting the proposal, consultation and contract processes.
- Fulfilling legal obligations.
- Maintaining the security of the site and measuring its performance through anonymous statistics.
Your personal data is collected directly from you through the enquiry and contact forms on the site, and automatically during your visit (cookies, server logs). Processing is based, under Article 5 of the KVKK, on your explicit consent, the establishment or performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation and legitimate interest.
Your data may be transferred to the provider hosting this website, to the analytics service provider (Google Analytics — whose servers may be located abroad; any transfer is made with safeguards compliant with the KVKK provisions on transfers abroad), and, where legally required, to authorised public authorities. Your data is not otherwise shared with third parties and is never sold for marketing purposes.
Your personal data is retained for as long as the purpose of processing requires and in accordance with the limitation and retention periods set out in the applicable legislation; at the end of that period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

- To know the third parties to whom the data has been transferred.
- To request the correction of incomplete or inaccurately processed data.
