Located in Arnavutköy, Y.S. Real Estate was designed with a fluid and timeless office approach that turns corporate identity into a spatial experience. Transparent partitions with soft curved transitions, the warm texture of timber cladding and the strong contrast led by anthracite surfaces create an understated yet striking spatial expression that supports the professional working environment.

While the spatial organisation is built on a clear composition of the fluid relationship between reception, executive areas and shared meeting volumes, bespoke storage solutions and shelving with integrated lighting were planned to preserve the order of the work areas. The matte finishes, natural timber textures and elegant metal details preferred in the material choices offer a balanced material composition that reinforces the reliable and refined corporate presence the sector calls for.
