K.Y. Residence brings strong material contrasts together with an understated spatial composition, offering a holistic interior approach that answers the dynamics of contemporary living. The balanced relationship established between black surfaces, warm timber textures and natural stone details gives the living spaces a strong character, while the open-plan organisation supports visual continuity between the spaces. The living area, integrated with an open kitchen, creates a fluid usage scenario centred on social interaction.

The simple yet effective approach adopted in the material choices is completed with linear lighting elements and bespoke furniture, reinforcing the architectural expression of the space. The natural textures and controlled colour transitions preferred across the large surfaces provide unity between the different volumes, while the atmosphere shifting with daylight gives the interior depth. Every detail is treated as part of a balanced composition that brings function together with an aesthetic narrative.
